We take junior doctors, who have completed their basic studies, and are undertaking a variety of medical jobs with a degree of supervision and training. We also have Medical Students attached periodically. Occasionally you may be asked to see a Locum Doctor who is well known to the Practice and is helping us maintain our service to you.

The Business Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the Health Centre and is happy to help you with any matter.
Our Medical Administration Team handle documents, letters and files that need to be scanned onto patients' electronic notes for GP access. They handle test results as well as correspondence from Insurance Companies, Private Medical Services, Outside Agencies as well as the day to day coding onto our Clinical System.
The role of reception Care Navigators is to direct the patient to the most suitable Professional in the Health Centre, along with processing repeat prescriptions, making appointments, controlling the flow of patients in reception to their correct appointment(s), dealing with incoming mail from Hospitals, Consultants, other bodies and ensuring that patient notes are updated and relevant information is passed on to the Administration Team.
It's the work of the Patient Engagement Co-ordinator to deliver correct information in a timely manner via the Health Centre's Website and Surgery Information Screen (in reception), along with production of stats from surveys.
