The Llanfairfechan Group Partnership is responsible, as independant primary care contracters, for the delivery of primary care services to the patients of Plas Menai Health Centre in Llanfairfechan and Meddygfa Gyffin and Llys Meddyg surgeries in Conwy.  The partnership consists of:

Dr Jens Foell - GP Partner,

Dr Amit Singh - GP Partner.

Meet the Plas Menai Health Centre Team

The team at the Plas Menai Health Centre provides its primary care service to 7500 patients residing in Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan, Abergwyngregyn and their neighbouring villages.

The health centres facility is a purpose built build which caters for the clinical and non-clinical elements of the service.

The clinical lead for Plas Menai Health Centre is Dr Jens Foell.

Meet the Llys Meddyg and Gyffin Surgeries Team

Meddygfa Gyffin and Llys Meddyg Surgery provide a primary care service to 6,700 patients residing in the town of Conwy and its neighbouring villages.

Both sites are located within the town. Llys Meddyg is in the heart of Conwy on Castle Street, and Meddygfa Gyffin 1/2 a mile away in Gyffin.

The clinical lead for both Surgeries is Dr Amit Singh.
